Conveniently located, we're also a mere 15 minutes away from Beeville and Mathis, while still accessible within 90 minutes from south San Antonio.

In addition to multiple outdoor ceremony sites, The Steel Belle features a welcoming grand foyer with mid-century accents, a spacious great room with a built-in bar and stage, and a courtyard adorned with elegant string lights. Couples also enjoy a private bridal suite with a full bath and glam bar, a groom’s lounge, catering and staging kitchen, and a green room for vendors or performers.

The Steel Belle is located off Highway 181, a few miles east of Skidmore, Texas, and approximately 45 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi. Conveniently located, we’re also mere 15 minutes away from Beeville and Mathis, while still accessible within 90 minutes from south San Antonio.

Depending on your event layout and the amount of space allotted for a dance floor, the Great Room (our main indoor space with a built-in bar and stage) can accommodate up to 220 guests for a wedding reception. For a banquet without a dance floor, we can fit up to 250 guests.

We currently have 60” round tables, 8’ rectangle tables, and white folding chairs available. Our event packages each include the use of our tables & chairs. To view more information, click here.
Linens are not currently offered in-house; however, we are happy to recommend trusted vendors who can assist you with linen rentals for your event. Additionally, you may utilize our new Linen Concierge Service ($200 fee) and we will pick up your rented linens, set them out for you, and return them to the vendor after the event.

You are more than welcome to bring in outside vendors, as long as they are insured (and friendly!).

You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol for events as long as you have a certified TABC bartender to serve. Security officers are also required at any events serving alcohol.

There are several hotel options in Beeville, a mere 15-minute drive from the venue.
