The Basic Belle

The Basic Belle package is designed for Wedding Receptions, Milestone Celebrations, Quinceañeras, Corporate Events, and other Social Gatherings. Typically, our Basic Belle clients get ready offsite and don’t need a ton of time to set up due to exceptional planning skills and awesome vendors!

  • The Basic Belle package includes up to (5) hours of event time and the following:

    ACCESS
    • Access to the venue starting at Noon until Midnight (12 hours)

    SPACES
    • Indoor Great Room
    • 23’ x 18’ Stage
    • Bespoke Bar with (6) Matte Black Barstools
    • Prep Kitchen for Catering (includes use of freezers, refrigerator, prep tables, ice chests, and carts)
    • Ability to utilize your choice of caterer and/or bartending service with no percentage markup fees
    • Courtyard with Elegant String Lights
    • Outdoor Shipping Container Bar
    • Electrical Hookups for Food Truck(s)

    PRODUCTION
    • Indoor Sound System for your Spotify playlist or your hired DJ
    • (16) Waterfall Lights in Great Room, programmed to your choice of color

    VENUE FURNITURE
    • 60” Round Tables for up to 220 guests
    • White Folding Chairs for up to 220 guests
    • (7) 8’ Serving Tables
    • 47” Round Black Fluted Wood Cake Table
    • Entry Table for sign-in & gifts
    • 60” Head Table - Light Walnut Finish
    • (7) Cocktail Tables

    SERVICES
    • Venue and venue furniture set up to your desired layout
    • Parking Attendants
    • Onsite Venue Manager (this is not a planner)
    • Post-event cleanup (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, etc.)
    • Only one event will be hosted at a time

Belle of the Ball

The Belle of the Ball package was thoughtfully created for the couple planning to host their Wedding and Reception at The Steel Belle. Includes time to get ready at the venue and plenty of setup time for your vendors.

  • The Belle of the Ball package includes up to (6) hours of event time and the following:

    ACCESS
    • Access to the venue starting at 9:00 am until Midnight (15 hours)
    • Access to the venue and grounds for photos, by appointment

    SPACES
    • Bridal Suite with Full Bath and Glam Bar
    • Groom’s Lounge
    • Indoor Great Room
    • 23’ x 18’ Stage
    • Bespoke Bar with (6) Matte Black Barstools
    • Prep Kitchen for Catering (includes use of freezers, refrigerator, prep tables, ice chests, and carts)
    • Ability to utilize your choice of caterer and/or bartending service with no percentage markup fees
    • Courtyard with Elegant String Lights
    • Outdoor Shipping Container Bar
    • Electrical Hookups for Food Truck(s)

Pricing Notes & Add-Ons

Explore important pricing details and optional add‑on services that help your wedding day run smoothly. These notes apply to both our Basic Belle and Belle of the Ball packages.

  • Pricing Notes:
    • 25% of the package price is required to secure your event date (non-refundable). Plus $1,000 refundable security deposit.
    • If your event takes place on a Monday-Thursday, you may deduct $1,500 from the package price listed.

    Additional Fees:
    • Security is required for any events serving alcohol as well as any events with over 100 guests.
    • The fee for this service is $300 per 100 guests, if alcohol is being served; if there is no alcohol being served, the flat fee is $300.

    Available Add-Ons:
    • $900 | Upgrade from indoor sound system to sound for band, includes Sound Engineer
    • $200 | Linen Concierge Service (client orders & pays for linens with desired vendor; TSB will pick up, place, and return them for you after your event)

    • Inquire for Pricing | Ice Delivery Coordination (includes ice delivered to the venue in advance of your event)

    • $750 | Event Day Management Services – includes event professional dedicated to implementing your timeline
    • $1,650+ | Month-of Coordination Services – includes timeline creation, vendor management, and planning support in the 30-days leading up to your event, also includes Day-of Coordination; final pricing is based on the specific needs of your event
    • $1,800 | Weekend Buyout – increased access to the venue throughout the entire weekend (set up for six consecutive hours the day before your event, specific hours to be agreed upon by client and TSB team; clean up and load out from 1-4 pm the day after)
